Composer Selim Doğru is no stranger to the artist and the Greek communities here in Holland. And he is certainly no stranger to Hellas Pindakaas! This time around Selim and performer Roula Tourgaidis returned to Hellas Pindakaas to talk about the multidisciplinary performance “Yamas komşum, Proost!” Greek, Turkish and Dutch musicians and performers will come together on stage to reaffirm that, what unites us is stronger than what divides us. Through music, songs, dance, stories, photos, film and poems this colorful group intends to reunite people with the common thread of a culture that is still very much alive, and touches us all, no matter where we end up living.
