Crazy, dreamy, ethereal, fresh, folk, pop delivered with absolute dedication and immense passion by Snowapple last night on a very special live show – probably the best live session we had so far on Hellas Pindakaas. On this very special fairy tale edition of Hellas Pindakaas we welcomed in our studio Snowapple – an innovative, ethereal and playful musical act from Amsterdam.
Laura Polence, Laurien Schreuder and Una Bergin, three girls with different musical backgrounds managed to combine their voices, instruments and styles to create a fresh, mystical and charming sound.
Listen and get to know what the “fairy tale” genre is, where their inspiration comes from and how their eccentric and flamboyant costumes add to their performance and overall image.
The girls shared stories with us from their tour in the United States and Mexico, about all the interesting people they met and got inspired by there.
And of course, Snowapple performed three songs live for us. One at the beginning of the show, right after our credits, one half way through the show and a third one right before we wrap it up.
