Soktratis Malamas, one of Greece’s most beloved sing & songwriters, is bringing with him an armory of songs from his 30 year long music career.

Not afraid to experiment, Sokratis follows the flow of the audience during his performances in order to create new experiences. He tries to make every performance a memorable experience by performing without rules and without a fixed schedule.

Whether he is playing solo or together with his band, Sokratis Malamas invites us on a magical journey all the way from Greek Laiko, rock to the best Greek Folk music has to offer us.

 

Sokratis Malamas is één van Griekenlands meest geliefde singer-songwriters en met een enorm repetoire uit zijn tot nu toe 30 jaar durende muziekcarrière. Hij schuwt het experiment niet en volgt tijdens zijn optredens altijd de sfeer in de zaal om zo nieuwe ervaringen te creëren. Hij probeert elk optreden gedenkwaardig te maken, zonder regels en zonder vast schema. Sokratis Malamas en zijn band nemen je mee op een magische reis van Griekse laiko tot rock en het beste wat de Griekse folkmuziek ons heeft te bieden.
